Wild Devotion

A 30-Day Guided Journey for Women in Their Second Becoming.

The Room now opens into Wild Devotion—the intimate, possibility-rich practice where women gather to hear themselves more

clearly and make room for the crazy-good things that become possible when they choose themselves.

For the woman whose life still works on paper, but no longer feels like a complete expression of who she's become.

There is nothing wrong with you for wanting more than a life that merely works.

You’ve built, tended, achieved, cared for, led, remembered, held the pieces together.

You have become the woman people rely on.

And lately, in the quieter moments, something in you has begun to persistently speak.

"I cannot keep repeating my life in exactly the same way."

Perhaps a role is changing or your children need you differently.

Perhaps work, a partnership, caregiving, grief,

menopause, retirement,

or a creative awakening

has rearranged the inner furniture of your life.

Or perhaps nothing dramatic has happened at all.

Your life may still look fine from the outside, but it feels tight in places no one else can see.

Wild Devotion is a small, deeply held 30-day journey for women over 50

who are ready to hear themselves more clearly, name what no longer fits,

and begin giving what matters a real place in their lives.

This is not a loud online group. It is not a crash course in reinvention.

And it is most certainly not another invitation to optimize yourself into exhaustion.

It is a protected place to stop performing certainty, tell the truth, and explore what is trying to emerge

- in the intelligent, intuitive company of women who understand terrain..

You Do Not Need a Plan Yet. You May Need Room.

When an old identity begins to loosen, the impulse is often to rush toward an answer.

A new purpose. A new job. A new relationship. A new project. A new version of yourself that feels tidier, clearer, easier to explain.

But before you make another responsible decision, you may need something more elemental:

Room to hear yourself think.

Room to ask:

1.  What do I want now- before I decide whether it is sensible?

2.  Who am I when being useful is no longer the whole story?

3.  Where does my energy go, and how much of that still feels chosen?

4. What brings me alive in a quiet unmistakable way?

5.  What would make an ordinary day feel more like my own?

WILD Devotion gives you time, language, companionship, and a gentle structure for meeting these questions without turning your life upside down—or pretending they are not there.

You do not need to know the final answer.

You only need to become more available to what is true.

This is a place to begin hearing the answers to the questions you’ve been holding.

 What Wild Devotion Means

We have been taught that devotion looks like a woman giving and giving:

her time, her rest, her creativity, her desires,

her softest edges.

That is not the devotion we practice here.

Wild Devotion is the conscious choice to give your life force

to what honors your dignity, nourishes your spirit,

and makes you feel meaningfully alive.

It does not ask you to love others less.

It asks you to stop leaving yourself out of the circle of your own care.

It does not require a dramatic escape from your life.

It helps you distinguish between what you have chosen,

what you have inherited, what you are ready to renegotiate,

and what has been waiting for your attention.

Because becoming is not a makeover.

It is the soul’s clear, occasionally inconvenient way of saying:

I am not finished with this life yet. There is more of me to live.

 The W.I.L.D. Threshold Method

WILD Devotion is guided by a simple four-part practice. It moves you from private restlessness toward greater self-recognition, self-trust, and meaningful choice.

 W — Witness What’s True

Notice what your energy, body, and inner life have been trying to tell you. See where your attention goes, what still feels meaningful, and what you have quietly outgrown.

I — Interrupt the Inherited Script

Question the rules that taught you to override your needs, pace, and desires. Gently separate what you truly choose from what you carry out of habit, loyalty, guilt, or fear.

L — Lean Toward What Feels Alive

Follow the quiet current of curiosity, creativity, and delight. Explore one small possibility without needing to announce it, monetize it, or make it your entire new identity by Tuesday.

D — Devote Yourself to What Matters

Gather what you have learned into choices that honor your energy and values. Decide what to protect, nourish, release, explore, and let ripen.

Witness what is true. Interrupt what no longer belongs. Lean toward what brings you alive. Devote yourself to what matters now.

The Opening Circle- Arriving at the Threshold

Beginning of the journey · 90 minutes · Live on Zoom

We begin by meeting one another as we are- not as résumés, curated stories, or women who have it all figured out.

Through a simple arrival practice, reflective writing, and conversation, we will name what is asking for attention and choose a personal intention for the month. You’ll become familiar with your materials and our circle agreements, with room to ask questions and settle in.

You do not have to know where this is leading. We begin with where you are.

The Closing Circle-  Carrying Your Devotion Forward

Day 30 · 90 minutes · Live on Zoom

Our final gathering makes room for what has shifted and what is still ripening.

You’ll gather your discoveries into a Devotional Compass: what you choose to protect, nourish, release, and explore. We’ll write a note to our future selves to open the following month, share what we wish to have witnessed, and close with a simple ceremony.

Not a declaration that you are finished becoming. A way of honoring what you want to carry forward. All sharing and ritual practices are invitations. You are welcome to participate quietly or pass.

A Practice to Hold in Your Hands

Wild Devotion: Women at the Edge of the Woods — Field Notes

I designed the Field Notes journaling practice to give your inner life room

while helping you make space for it in your days.

The writing offers invitations to the things you want to notice:

a recurring phrase or truth, a question, a sketch, a little possibility.

This is a place to name what deserves your attention,

not a place to squeeze in more obligations.

This is how you give yourself room to listen, and then act on what you hear.

What's Included

The Four Movements Of Wild Devotion

The Journey in One Sentence:

Witness what is true. Interrupt what no longer belongs.

Lean toward what brings you alive.

Devote yourself to what matters now.

These themes guide the audio and writing practice between our three gatherings.

1.  Threshold — Hear what is being asked of you.

Notice the longing beneath familiar roles and where your attention goes.

2.  Wildness — Reclaim permission.

Question inherited expectations and allow yourself to want before explaining the desire away.

3.  Dreaming — Give desire a place.

Explore what feels nourishing and try one little possibility in the life you have now.

4.  Belonging — Live the devotion.

Gather what you’ve learned into choices and practices you can continue.

There is no requirement to have a revelation every day. Some days, noticing is enough.

This May Be Your Circle If…

1.  You are a woman near 50 or beyond who senses that her familiar identity no longer tells the whole story.

2.  You want time for your own interests, creative life, and questions without turning them into another performance.

3.  You value thoughtful conversation and the companionship of women navigating similar thresholds.

4.  You are curious about reflection, writing, and ritual; whether or not they are familiar practices.

5.  You want support making realistic changes- not pressure to overturn your life.

You do not need to call yourself spiritual. You do not need to be a writer. You do not need a grand plan.

Bring your willingness, your questions, and your unedited self.

1. Two live, 90-minute circles on Zoom

An opening gathering and a closing ceremony within your 30-day journey.

2.  One private, 45-minute Devotional Clarity Session

 3. Thirty brief daily audio invitations

Reflections, gentle grounding, and moments of inquiry to accompany your practice. Pause, repeat, or return as needed.

4.  A companion PDF field guide

Practical instructions, daily prompts, reflection tools, and supportive language for bringing your discoveries into everyday life.

5.  A private, intimate circle space for connection

Share reflections and encouragement during the month, with a final week after closing to exchange farewells and arrange optional ongoing connections.

6.  Your Devotional Compass and continuation practice

A personal guide for the next month, plus an invitation to receive a reminder to open your future-self letter.

 A Personal Note From Me

I created this work because I know the strange ache of a life that looks full while

something within it feels undernourished.

I know how easily capability becomes an identity and how the woman who can hold

everything together can lose touch with what she herself wants to hold.

My writing, mentoring, and circles have grown from these questions- not from

having a perfect answer to them.

Wild Devotion brings that work into a month of honesty and everyday practice.

A place where intelligence and intuition can share a meal, and ambition and softness

do not have to cancel each other out. This is where we can question the old stories about

what women are allowed to want as they grow older.

I’m not here to hand you a new identity.

I’m here to help you hear yourself more clearly- and accompany you

as you decide what comes next.

With warmth and wild devotion,

Kyra

A few things you might be wondering...

How much time will I need?

Allow approximately 10–20 minutes for the suggested daily practice, plus two 90-minute circles and your one 45-minute private session across the month. Longer writing is optional. If you miss a day, no worries; there is no catch-up assignment.

 What if I can’t attend a circle?

Live participation offers the fullest experience, so please review all three dates before joining. A teaching summary or separate practice will be provided if you miss a gathering. Our intimate group sharing will not be recorded, and missed circles do not include individual make-up sessions.

 How does personal support work?

Alongside your private session, you can send two focused audio check-ins of up to three minutes each. I’ll respond with a personal audio of up to five minutes, within two business days, Monday–Thursday. This is attentive, bounded mentoring- not continuous or emergency access.

What if I’m unsure whether this is right for me?

You are welcome to ask. A brief conversation can help us explore whether the experience fits your needs and capacity right now. There is no obligation to join, and no need to turn uncertainty into a hurried yes.

 Is this therapy?

No. Wild Devotion offers mentoring, creative reflection, and community. It does not replace mental health treatment or crisis support. You remain free to keep experiences private and decline any practice.

 What happens after the month?

Private mentoring ends on Day 30, and the community space closes one week later. You keep Field Notes and downloadable core materials, with hosted resource access for twelve months from the program’s start. You’ll leave with a practical rhythm for continuing your practice independently; no other purchase is required.

Your Invitation

You do not have to disappear into the woods to hear yourself again.

Perhaps you begin with a little room in your day.

A page that belongs to you.

A circle where you can say what is true without rushing to make it look pretty.

Wild Devotion is a month of being accompanied as you listen to what matters,

and begin giving it a place in your life.
